Anquet mapping
Anquet mapping offers Landranger 1:50,000 maps for all the Welsh National Parks (Snowdonia, Pembrokeshire, and Brecon Beacons).
Paths can be recorded and stored, and routes constructed by selecting the appropriate paths. Distance (including also the 'hidden distance' - see 'why?' actual distances are longer than map distances on the walks page), height ascended, maximum and minimum height and start and finishing grid references are all available at the click of a mouse.

Timing for a route or path is given by applying Naismith's rule to the height and distance data.

By hovering the cursor over a point its grid reference is shown - very useful for construction route cards.

Maps with routes superimposed can be printed out, as can annotated lists of waypoints along the route.

Finally waypopint information can be directly downloaded in a Garmin GPS.
