I use the mask every 2-3 days for 3-5 minutes on at a time, as an extra conditioning treatment and 1/2 every two weeks as a deep conditioning where I leave it on overnight or apply heat.In the shower it feels nice, its thick and creamy and glides through my hair nicely making it more manageable and less knotty which i loved about this product but i have other products that do that and more. To explain it further while brushing my hair the ends were so badly damaged that they would chip off onto the floor as if I’m getting a haircut,same occurred if I ran my fingers through it. My hair is manageable, it’s soft,it’s healthy,it’s shiny,it’s brushable, it’s not chipping off,it has life,bounce and volume. This is another PSA but I found that my hair was much less kinked and frizzy after I woke up in the morning when I used the hair mask versus when I didn't use the hair mask.

I wash it 1-2 times a week, use no heat whatsoever and use no colour (virgin hair) I also only brush it in the shower whilst the conditioner or mask is in. The product itself as a wonderful scent and is smooth, think and creamy and is easy to apply and distribute throughout your hair. My recent highlight made my hair feel like straw and what I have using, Oraplex, has given minimum help but not enough.
